Società Cooperativa Mammutmedia

In a dynamic industry like sports, timing is everything. That's why we at Mammutmedia are excited to present our latest project developed for ASI (Associazioni Sportive e Sociali Italiane): a new portal for managing and accessing the training course calendar for sports instructors in real time.

🏆 The project's tagline: Choose your course, build your future.
🎯 The Challenge and the Solution for the Sports Industry

Until now, coordinating training programs across dozens of sports disciplines nationwide required a significant amount of manual work.
We've eliminated waiting times: the course calendar is now updated in real time, and course publication is fully automated.

Aspiring instructors and sports professionals can find the right training path in just a few clicks, filtering available courses throughout Italy by:

Sport and specific discipline (e.g., gymnastics, bodybuilding, football)
Region
Specific date
The portal also includes a quick inquiry form that allows users to contact course organizers directly.

⚙️ Under the Hood: The Tech Architecture (Claris FileMaker Pro + .NET)
For software development professionals, the most interesting aspect of this project is the integration of systems that are not natively connected.
We combined the flexibility of business management software with the scalability of modern web technologies:

Core Management System: All data flows are centralized and managed through Claris FileMaker Pro, which powers ASI's course management system.

Web & Automation: Leveraging the power of the .NET framework, we developed a bidirectional integration that retrieves data from the management system and makes it instantly available on the web.

Zero Latency: No overnight batch processes or manual data entry. As soon as a course is approved in FileMaker, it becomes immediately searchable by users.

🌐 Where Can You Try It?
The service is already live and accessible through two channels:
Directly from ASI Nazionale's official website: asinazionale.it
Through the dedicated search engine we developed: https://lnkd.in/dyZPYjXB
A special thank you to ASI for its continued trust in Mammutmedia.
Bringing advanced automation to the world of sports is our mission.
