This vision gave rise to Vulkan, the platform developed by Mammutmedia Società Cooperativa for CSN Collision Italia — a selective multinational network of independent body shops, established to deliver high repair standards and serve as a trusted partner for insurance companies, fleet operators, and automotive manufacturers.

We first introduced this project in 2024, when Vulkan was officially presented to the network's members for the first time.
Since then, Vulkan has never stopped evolving.

 

TODAY, VULKAN IS MUCH MORE THAN A MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
The platform was designed to digitalize and optimize every stage of the network's operations:
Operational Processes: Management, control, and real-time monitoring of workflow progress.
Data Analysis: Identification of critical issues and monitoring of activities across the entire network.
Business Intelligence: Advanced dashboards and reporting tools for performance analysis, documentation, and operational reporting.
The goal? To transform complex processes into structured, clear, and immediately actionable information.
